    Indefinite ban


    hey guys,

    my account was unfortunately breached a couple of days ago, I received mulitple emails saying “ your password has changed, your refund has been processed “ etc. very confusing as I haven’t been on my Xbox in a while. I rang Microsoft support and they helped change the password and explain what has happened. I received my account back and I found his credit card he was using for presumably fraud with his name on the account.

    I contacted Microsoft again and they told me to remove the card and set up a two step Authenticator.

    Later that day, I received an email from the enforcement team saying my account was permanently banned with no details.

    I’ve tried to appeal several times however it keeps telling me to send another appeal so I suppose it isn’t actually going to them.

    I’ve also emailed the enforcement team email several times but nothing has happened. I’m hoping they see this or someone can help me to get my account back?

    The hacker broke code of conduct on my account, he committed fraud on my account, overall he stole my account to do such things But I get banned ? A very big mix up! But I’d appreciate any help. Or if anybody knows any way of contacting them? As Xbox support is like talking to a brick wall with that virtual agent.

    same here what's the email for enforcement team I'm Tryna sign in my account it been couple days and i already submitted appeal they denied me twice how long is my Parment suspension for im ready to get back on xbox

    Indefinite ban meaning?

    An indefinite ban means it's permanent. You can only submit 1 appeal.

    It may also be a perm ban

    Or if console ban then it's indefinite

    My Xbox account got a permanent suspension because my younger brother had been using my account and buying and refunding things and Xbox enforcement hasn’t resolved or responded

    If they denied the appeal, then there's nothing else you can do.

    If the end date says indefinite, then the ban is permanent.
