INCREDIBLY slow download speeds only on Xbox One

I have high speed internet (Optimum) and I have download speed of about 9MB a second. I can download things at a reasonable speed on 360, my laptop, and even my PS4. But I get download speeds on Xbox One of only 11 mbits per second, which is terrible. Titanfall,
which was only 17GB, took well over 3 hours to download. Not I am downloading GTA V, which is only at 3% after about 20 minutes. At this rate, it would take around 10 HOURS. I have changed all of my ports and such to fit Xbox Live, I have open NAT. This is
extremely frustrating. Is there any solution to this?

Incredibly slow download speeds

Make sure that when you are downloading a game, you leave the console alone. If you are playing a game or using other content in the background while the game is downloading, it will bog things WAY down. Try doing a hard reset before attempting a download
and then let the console do it's thing. I know its super inconvenient to have to wait idle while the content downloads but it will be much faster than trying to DL while you game or stream.

My connection for example is 120 down by 10 up but when I'm downloading a game I only average 45-50 Mbs on my download. It's a common issue that doesn't have any real direct solution. Hope that helps! Good luck.

Try a cable wi-fi seems to have a issue well mine did and plugged a cable in and works perfect now.
