Incredible slow performance to open a friend information

Discus and support Incredible slow performance to open a friend information in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I got poor internet connection.     I got poor internet connection. The whole friend list and gamer info load incredible slow compare to xbox360. Please fix this ASAP, thank you.

    I do like the Dashboard but ist soooo slow to open friends or message Information.

    I don't think it is your Internet connection.

    I have 105mbps and bringing up friends/someones gamercard from the likes of CoD Ghosts takes a long time. So much so that sometimes by the time the card loads the next round has already had a chance to load.

    I have 105mbps and bringing up friends/someones gamercard from the likes of CoD Ghosts takes a long time. So much so that sometimes by the time the card loads the next round has already had a chance to load.

    the app works incredibly badly. slow, sometimes it doesn't open, it doesn't ciutend tasks by viewing articles of the store....

    hey there iateaturtle, sorry to hear about your new download issue with trine 2. could be a few different things

    check your hard drive, test your xbox connection, powercycle your home network, or put trine 2 into your download queue from xbox.com

    hang in there and do what you can for troubleshooting
