    Hey

    I received this email on 8/26 which is identical to an email I received on 3/24/2016 from a Kyle Johnson about an order I placed in November or December of 2015.

    Both times I received the email I replied to cancel the order.

    Today I got charged, on an account that I only put money in for online orders when I need to BTW, $19.99 from you and $35 from my bank for the overdraft on this account due to your company not checking your email.

    I called the number on the email and they told me that the email comes from an automated server and is not monitored and they cannot refund me my money. From the email below, there is no mention that I should call or contact you any other way.

    I've been an XBOX Live member since 2002 (2004 or 2005 with my current ID) but I don't understand how this happened. A $19.99 game has now cost me $54.99 because of a non marked automated email server.

    I need this recredited to my account

    I preorder the game on june 5, 2017 and was charged $97.41 on june 10,2017. Then on september 17, 2017 I was charged $97.41 again for the same pre-order. I want to know if my account will be charged again or if the second charge will be cancelled automatically.

    It's actually not a glitch and the preorder will get cancelled. When you pay with anything other than your Microsoft account balance, you're not charged until about 10 days before the game is released. So once they try to charge the card with no money and
    can't, the order would get cancelled.

    Unfortunately there's nothing anyone on the forums can do.

    You would need to contact support
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us
    as they are the only ones with access to your billing info etc. & can issue refunds.

    Why bother having a customer support phone number if you can't ever get through to a real person

    No need to cancel the subscription if it was already cancelled but what you need is to submit a refund request if you got charged for this. Do you see the order on your order history for the charge though?

    The solution would be to go to xbox Support More Down the page Search Customer Service and press
    "Get in contact with us"
    It will ask you for little data Something like
    Name and surname will then tell you how you want to contact the agents by chat or call

    I tried the chat as well and got no where because when I type in the cancelled order number it doesn't recognize it as a purchase. I need to speak to a human! :)

    If the order was cancelled, then any money that was charged would be refunded, then when you order the game again you will be charged again.
