and request a callback. If the amount isn't showing up on your Microsoft account it could be fraudulent activity, in which case you would need to go through your bank to get it resolved.

the 5 dollar quote is just comparing cost 5dollars per month and value vs 10bucks a month on monthly memberships



the 59.95 yearly deal will only costs 5bucks per month in the end vs 10bucks a monthly

You will need to pay the yearly amount of 59.95 which equates to 5 dollars per month.

agents cannot offer discounts

i think you mistaken what he said

the yearly compared to the the monthly membership yes 59.95 a year vs 10bucks a month for 12months = 120bucks

i think thats where you got mixed up

you can however call xbox support and talk to billing

Thanks for the reply, that's good info to know, but it doesn't really apply to my original question. My issue is that my credit card was charged £59.99 (the full amount), when it should have been charged only £47.99 (part of the total) and the remaining
£12 would have been microsoft account credit.
