incorrectly banned?

    incorrectly banned?


    today I messaged my friend apologizing about acting slu**y and a few hours later I was banned. i still can not talk and i dont see this as a reason for getting commynication banned. I was talking about myself and not anyone else

    It doesn't matter who starts the fight you may not violate the terms of use

    Nor does it excuse any violation of the terms of use

    Also ddos has nothing to do with xbox research it

    Ddos aren't detectable by xbox live because it doesn't go thru their network.

    You have to deal with it with your isp and yes they can prevent it

    Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums. As long as you have filed a complaint on him, the enforcement team will investigate him.
    I cannot file a case review as it is not over 72 hours long. Absolutely ridiculous how there is no alternative and that I've been told to come here by a member of support over the phone?

    I do not know why I'm the one who's suffering here?

    If the communications suspension lasts for over 24 hours, then please reach out to the Xbox Enforcement team by submitting a case review at https://enforcement.xbox.com

    If you do not have the option to submit a case review to Xbox Enforcement, then unfortunately there is no way to contact them. For how to submit case reviews, please see this link here: https://enforcement.xbox.com/home/howTo#sub-topic0-6

    In terms of the language used, it is not clear what you have said. To be honest though, it may be something that has been said previously and not related to what you have said. Considering you have been apologising about how you have been acting, there is
    a good chance it could have been because of what you said before.

    This is a guess though, as we can't see enforcement history, and even if we could we could not disclose it either.

    I am going to move this into the Xbox forum, as it is about an Xbox Enforcement issue. I will also lock this thread as there is nothing else we can add to this.

    Hi YBA H, my name is Courtney and I would be happy to help.

    I'm sorry for the situation you are going through, I want to remind you that here we are not employees of Microsoft/Xbox, we are only players like you who help other players with basic problems. Here we can help you but not to unban your account since we are not authorized and as I mentioned before. We are not employees of said company.

    The only way to see your case and appeal your ban (Which you already did and was denied) is through the Enforcement page, they are the only ones in charge of handling these types of cases since Support cannot help you with ban issues either. . For this cases, you must manage it in the following link:

    If you have already filed an appeal, and it was rejected, from personal experience I can tell you that nothing more can be done since only 1 appeal can be filed per case and the team in charge will study the situation and then make a decision, which they already did with you.
