Incorrect "Your subscription is expiring, renew now." on dashboard.

I let my 3 months of gpu expire, than did a 12 month gold to gpu conversion, everything seems fine, expiration date is 2022,but i still have an annoying "Renew now." ad on my home screen, it's really getting on my nerves.

Every other post i looked about this did not get resolved, it's been a few days now, i assume it will go away eventually, but for the love of god is there a way to get rid of it?

Set to expire, however i did turn on auto renew to check if it would go away, and it didn't.

Is your GPU set to re-occurring subscription or is it set to expire once the due date it up? I had my Gold set that way and it did a similar thing when I would check my Microsoft account.

It sends an expiration notice when you renew because your subscription is expiring so that the new extended subscription will begin. You can't have two active subscriptions on the same account at once can you! Just check your subscription status on the
dashboard and you'll find it to be as expected.

12 Months for 29.99 is a special offer only available through the Xbox Dashboard. To purchase the special offer, select it and choose confirm purchase. This will take precedence over your current subscription. When the special offer subscription expires
12 months from now, it will renew at the full price of 39.99.

I would suggest waiting until your current subscription expires before adding the Gold. Even if you don't use the full Ultimate subscription, you'll lose the time you've paid for if you were to cancel now.

If you turn off auto-renewal, it'll automatically cancel your subscription on its expiration date.
