    However, you should note that the Gold paid time will stick with the GT. If you added Gold to it recently, you can try contacting support and see if they're able to do anything about it: http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    This is because the email it's not the same one, could be very similar emails but they have a difference, could be very small as a dot or an "l" uppercase being confused with an "l" lowercase, or a different domain instead of .com maybe it's .UK
