Incorrect Warranty Info cant get a call back

Hello cli0ant, here in the community unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data or your account, or tools to be able to check the status of your warranty or even create the shipping label.

Thats what it was. I knew it was some sort of period but my computer was being stupid and wouldent let me search for it, Sorry for the incorrect info

Yes, the agent was incorrect. As stated above, the error code indicates a purchasing problem. Go to billing.microsoft.com and ensure that the credit card info is the same as account info. If your nephew's account was used as a parent account and he does
not live with you, this may indeed be the problem.

You will have to call support back again and ask to speak with billing to rectify the issue.

skip the Covid 19 notification and scroll to the bottom of the contact options to request a call.

you could also contact Target to see if they will replace the console under warranty as the retailer also has a duty to the customer.

you can check the warranty status at https://account.microsoft.com/devices/

check that your Xbox is registered as it will give an incorrect warranty status if it isn't registered
