Incorrect time in OneGuide

Discus and support Incorrect time in OneGuide in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Oneguide keeps picking up incorrect time, ie. instead of 6 pm it shows that it's 1:30 pm, so all the TV listings are shown for 1:30pm.     Incorrect time in OneGuide


    Oneguide keeps picking up incorrect time, ie. instead of 6 pm it shows that it's 1:30 pm, so all the TV listings are shown for 1:30pm. In Xbox settings system time shows correctly 6pm, and the time zone is also correctly set for UK. Where does oneguide picks
    the time from? How can I force it to use xbox system time?

    TV listings on my OneGuide are always incorrect

    The TV listings on my OneGuide are always incorrect. All of my settings, ZIP Code, Cable Provider, Daylight Savings Time, Time Zone are correct. This is unacceptable. Any new OneGuide features mean nothing to me if the listings are always wrong. I
    have COX Communications cable in Las Vegas, NV.

    Sorry to hear about the issue! I first recommend running through the steps listed in our Channel
    list or show information is incorrect or missing from the OneGuide
    . If you are still seeing the incorrect lineup, I recommend reporting the issue through the OneGuide app by trying the following steps:

    • Press the menu button while viewing the Xbox One dashboard and select 'Settings'.
    • Next, select TV & OneGuide.
    • Within this screen, go ahead and select 'Troubleshooting' and then 'Report a OneGuide problem'.
    Give the suggested steps a try and be sure to report the issue so that the proper teams can address the issue. Thanks in advance!
