    Incorrect tenure


    My tenure reads "10", however this is incorrect - I know this because A: it has read 10 for many many months past one year, B: I have had Gold since early 2004.

    Could someone look into this please? I have tried the usual troubleshooting tips (waiting, recovering account, etc)

    Can anyone help me? I was referred here by Xbox Live Support.

    If you read the sticky about the tenure issue you'd have seen that there was an issue with people showing an incorrect tenure, including a tenure of more time then they really acquired.

    Xbox live tenure went from 5 to 0

    Still incorrect tenure. I've tried everything in the link and still missing my 5 year tenure. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

    If you go to commerce.microsoft.com you can see the exact dates of your memberships. If they lapsed for any period of time where you were a silver then that may be why it was reduced. Otherwise, check the topic linked to you by support :).
