Incorrect tenure on xbox one

Signed into my Xbox 360 i see my proper tenure of 10 years. Picture proof here: Imgur

When i sign into my Xbox One, i only see 3 years. Recently when my years changed from 9 to 10 it rolled over correctly and displays on my Xbox 360. At the time it changed, my xbox one changed from 9 to 3. It now displays 3 years on my Xbox One profile page
and the Xbox.com website. My 360 still shows proper tenure though.

I have already deleted my account from both consoles, cleared the cache and re-downloaded them. My 360 still shows 10 and the One shows 3. This is rather frustrating as it shows how much i support and love being an Xbox gamer and t take pride in my tenure.
I've found numerous threads from 6 years ago to 2 days ago with people having the same issues and no definitive answer on any of the threads.

Xbox live tenure is wrong

My Xbox tenure is incorrect it has decreased one year. It used to be 4 years instead of 3. Help?

Tenure still wrong

My xbox live tenure is still incorrect it says one when it should be 2 when can i expect a working fix

I started seeing an incorrect tenure around the end of January (to be specific, 1/27/13). I should be seeing a 3-year tenure, but I'm seeing a two-year one.

If you read the sticky about the tenure issue you'd have seen that there was an issue with people showing an incorrect tenure, including a tenure of more time then they really acquired.

Gold is unrelated to ambassador tenure (in fact there are silver member ambassadors). Your tenure on the XCL website (with the ambassabank etc) is related to your time as an active ambassador. That tenure and xp gained on tribute to your overall levelling
up as an ambassador.

There has been a bug since the new site was launched meaning tenure there hasn't been increasing (but it is still tracked). So no one has been able to level up - the profile deletion and own load is one of the suggested fixes for your xbox live gold tenure
being incorrect, a separate issue.
