    Incorrect Suspension ?


    I recently received an email basically saying I've been suspended. I'm absolutely confused as to why my account is being suspended. Under the Enforcement history theres a temporally suspension and a permanent suspension being mentioned,
    so i don't even know if I'm permanently suspended or not. I haven't done anything to be charged with a permanent suspension. Also when i try to create a case review, there is no option to allow me to make a case review. How can this be solved ASAP???

    Xbox live trouble

    NightfireZombie, this is incorrect.

    Support is unable to assist with suspensions. Calling support after you've been suspended will likely just be a frustrating experience, since they have no control over your profile's suspension.

    Incorrect Suspension ?

    Any Xbox Live member with an active enforcement action may submit a case for review through the account's Enforcement History, provided the enforcement meets the following requirements:

    The enforcement's duration is greater than 24 hours in length

    The enforcement was issued in the last 12 months

    The account enforced has an age set as 18+ (in case of a minor's account only the parental account can apply for a case review)

    In case of a permanent device ban you can't file for a review.

    Hey Vital Blade,

    If your suspension is listed with an end date of 12/31/9999, that's a permanent suspension. Otherwise, it's a temporary suspension.

    I have a week-long communications ban as well---no idea why, I talk to very few people and have never sent abusive messages to people.
