    My xbox one has been making incorrect sounds lately. the notifications make weird sounds, when navigating the home screen it makes weird sounds, in games it makes weird sounds, etc. If anyone can help, please let me know. P.S I already tried restarting
    the xbox

    Hey COLT

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

    These sounds you are describing, are they coming from your TV or are you using a headset or earphone piece and you hear it form there?

    Additionally, do you hear are you using an audio-video receiver? I would recommend taking a look at the

    troubleshooting sound on your Xbox One console     article as it should have some additional troubleshooting steps for you, that will help address this issue.

    Alternatively you can try a different HDMI cable if this is an option.

    Give this a try and let us know your results!

    As all the Microsoft accounts are generally linked, could there be something else that is constantly trying to sign into that account with an incorrect password? Like email polling from a phone or mobile device which in turn will lock the account due to
    too many incorrect account given it sounds like you have 2FA turned on. Left logged in but with an incorrect account.
