Incorrect Shipping Address

Discus and support Incorrect Shipping Address in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I just purchased an Xbox Series S and i accidentally put in my email address as my shipping address.     Incorrect Shipping Address


    I just purchased an Xbox Series S and i accidentally put in my email address as my shipping address. My name, zipcode, state, and city are all correct. Is there any way i can have them ship it to a local fedex or UPS branch? My order is still pending and
    i know microsoft doesnt like to change shipping addresses after the purchase. Just looking for some advice thanks!

    If Microsoft sent you a shipping label addressed to Czech Republic and you live in that country then it is correct. For example if you live in the US. and you got that then that is most likely incorrect and you should contact Xbox offical support again.
    If you are concerned you can also contact them to double check

    Thanks for getting back to me onyx62is but we live in South Africa so the phone call might be a little pricey. We could always start a new profile but he's been playing offline for years and would naturally loose everything if he had to start again.
