    Near the end of November I was looking to see how close I was to myVIP 2 Star rating & saw that I needed $40 more to get to 2 stars. I was looking to spend 40 but spent 56 instead, that should have put me over into 2 stars but by the time I spent 38 more
    dollars (6 days later) I still wasn't 2 stars.

    Later, in mid-December I think, when the rankings came out for the end of 2016 into 2017 it said I was 2 stars which is great. It said I needed $69 more to get to 3 stars but I know I didn't wind up spending that much, anyways... I was looking over my Deposit
    information and it shows for both November and December that I had only 1 star - this is fine for November because that's what I was but I spent much more than the required $40 to break into the 2 star tier.

    Upon doing some math (and rounding down to the lower dollar amount instead of up), my math shows that I should have had 3,800 Credits deposited instead of the 1,600 I got. I'm also curious as to how I'm still only 1 star into January since I spent another
    $95 at least in December on top of the $40 I spent before December came to get my 2 star rating.

    Have not received rewards for XBox quests for the months of December, January, or February.

    We do not see MyVIP progress from your eligible spending that would lead to these reports. We see that your total purchase amount at the end of November was $440.24 USD. Since you are a US Rewards member, the amount required for two stars is $600. Additionally,
    we see that your total spending at the end of December was $539.66. Which is still roughly $60 short of two stars, but better matches your report for December. After reviewing your purchases, we can confirm that your VIP calculation was done correctly.

    However, we can confirm that your November MyVIP payback was off due to your purchase of Forza Horizon 3 Expansion pass being incorrectly directed toward an offer instead of MyVIP payback. We will adjust this amount into your account, and you should see
    the Credits pending by the end of next week. Apologies for the inconvenience.
