Incorrect region.

Hello.

Yesterday i buy game "Sonic Unleashed" in marketplace.xbox.com (russian version). But game can't start. Says: "Incorrect region". What the problem?

Blu Ray & DVD App Problems

Update, tried the app on another x1 and it plays region 2 dvd fine.

So I'm guessing something to do with Gamertag region settings maybe incorrect.

Anyway of checking?

So you downloaded this from the Russian marketplace? Is your console also from Russia or is it from elsewhere? If the console is from a non-PAL region (typically, outside Europe) then this could explain the problem here.

Hi, i have the same problem with the friend above! I m from Greece, bought the console in Greece and allthough i downloaded the demo in the past and played it normally, cant play the game, sayin the region thing!

How do I know what type my Xbox or Cd is using? I have bought my Xbox from Turkey, purchased fifa13 from Turkey and Call of duty black ops 2 from Canada. Both work perfectly fine but I have another disc from Canada "NFL" which doesnt work... Now I'm afraid
that I wont be able to use my xbox in Canada... Any ideas?
