Incorrect region error.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues purchasing an item from Xbox store. For us to isolate your issue, please share the exact error that you are getting.

Some users who had this similar issue resolved this by purchasing using a different web browser through https://www.xbox.com/ Kindly try it as well.

Did you move to a different region? If you did not move, you may just need to ensure that your profile is set the region where you're physically located. Allow me to share this instructions so you could check your settings for all platforms.

To change the region in your Microsoft account profile:

Go to the Your info page of your Microsoft account dashboard:

Select Edit profile info.

Select the new Country or region from the dropdown list.

Contact XBL support. If it's the incorrect region error, they usually will escalate it to get you a replacement code.

This error message appears when i run NTSC game

"Disc's region code is incorrect for this console"

Other games may work differently for you, however as I stated above you are currently located in a Xbox Live non-supported region. Therefore, there is no further troubleshooting we can provide. If you happen to move to a Xbox Live supported region in the
