Incorrect region code error

Discus and support Incorrect region code error in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have a PAL xbox and ofcourse kinect adventures came with it but when i try to play KA it tells me that the region code is incorrect even though that...     Incorrect region code error


    I have a PAL xbox and ofcourse kinect adventures came with it but when i try to play KA it tells me that the region code is incorrect even though that it is also pal

    Also i have Brink which is also PAL and have the same problem with it

    the other games work fine so plz help

    Xbox Live Microsoft Points

    Contact XBL support. If it's the incorrect region error, they usually will escalate it to get you a replacement code.

    I am now in Egypt and I bought my console from saudi arabia along with brink and other games which worked

    I think you need to go back to saudi be able to use the games on live. other wise it would be fine, have you tried to play offline?

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue, however from one of your posts above you stated that you live in Egypt. Unfortunately, Egypt is currently not a Xbox Live supported region which is the reason why you are running into this error. We recommend making sure
    your account region matches your physical region you're currently located in.

    I changed the region and I am just trying to play the game offline.I even tried to open it without internet but it just say disc region code is incorrect for this console.

    PS.I played GTA v online

    Other games may work differently for you, however as I stated above you are currently located in a Xbox Live non-supported region. Therefore, there is no further troubleshooting we can provide. If you happen to move to a Xbox Live supported region in the
