    I purchased Beyond Light (add-on for destiny 2) as a gift for my friend because his version of it suddenly disappeared (which is another completely different problem in itself. Also, no, it is not because it got removed from game pass as it just disappeared for him a couple of days ago). Anyways, I ended up gifting him the pc version instead of the Xbox version and I wanted to know how to refund that? Honestly, it is quite ridiculous that the website would even let me purchase a version of a game for somebody when it is clear that they do not own the device to even use that version . I am extremely disappointed in Microsoft as a whole, especially Xbox, and I would really appreciate it if you just helped me obtain a refund for my incorrect purchase. With all the issues going on, it seems like the least this company can do. Since this is a place or questions, I will end with one. Can I get a refund on the PC version of beyond light?

    You would need to contact support and speak to billing to see if they can refund the original purchase so you can purchase the correct item. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
