I have a problem and although I have today provided a purchased add-on for a game, but unfortunately it was just an add-on or just a DLC...     Incorrect Purchase


    Good evening.

    I have a problem and although I have today provided a purchased add-on for a game, but unfortunately it was just an add-on or just a DLC

    This has cost me 14 Euro (€) but I did not have the add-on or the DLC but the game (the game is called Farming Simulator)

    I know that it is not allowed according to Microsoft guidelines make restitution, but there may be a possibility that my will be refunded money back. Since it is a bad buy

    I would be very pleased about an answer

    You would need to contact support and speak to billing to see if they can refund the original purchase so you can purchase the correct item. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
    Contact Us | Xbox Support There is no way to get the game without purchasing it.
