Incorrect OneGuide listings

I am encountering incorrect listings in the OneGuide. All of the troubleshooting steps performed with help of a tech in a chat were unsuccessful (we went as far as a factory reset. My cable provider is Time Warner Cable. I'll provide location to someone
who messages me.

TV listings on my OneGuide are always incorrect

The TV listings on my OneGuide are always incorrect. All of my settings, ZIP Code, Cable Provider, Daylight Savings Time, Time Zone are correct. This is unacceptable. Any new OneGuide features mean nothing to me if the listings are always wrong. I
have COX Communications cable in Las Vegas, NV.

 

Did the phone support person walk you through all the steps listed at this link?

Yes, and I went through them before I talked to support. Big waste of time.

 

If you did a factory reset with the support agent as well then I'm not sure what to tell you. All other threads that have had this same issue suggest a factory reset has worked for others.

 

I know what the answer is: whatever listing data Microsoft has for some zip codes/providers is wrong, whether that is their fault or the provider's and they need to look into these cases, communicate with the provider, and fix it. I had another Xbox One
owner try my zip code and provider in another town and zip code and the listings came up exactly as I have them on my Xbox One. For example, ESPN is supposed to be channel 1301, but my listings and my friends BOTH had them listed as 755. On the other hand,
in the "analog" channels (2 - 77), those are listed correctly on both Xbox Ones. He switched back to his correct information with no problems. A factory reset isn't going to help fix anything if the data that is being pulled down to fill the guide is wrong
in the first place.

 

Just bought a xbox one, pretty cool system, unfortunately I have time warner cable. Channels don't match, so I'm guessing there is no fix?

 

Apparently there isn't a fix or the techs are just avoiding it.
