    Incorrect hours being shown over 12 hours when playing . I was only on for approx 2.5 hours.

    No. I do not have a Trojan as I checked and scanned my system and I even signed out from the Xbox system. My Windows system is updated including my antivirus and malware program.

    Unfortunately this is the 3rd time in approx 2 weeks.

    Xbox live gold subscription disappeared

    hi, my gold subscription has disappeared 2.5 months into a 12 month subscription. When checking the account it only shows the previously expired one. Any ideas? Tried Microsoft chat but after being stuck on 1 in line for hours it times out. Many thanks

    incorrect game timing

    Two days in a row you have posted incorrect times for my solitaire game. Today i worked for less than 2.5 hours then left the site, came back after my job to do the final game in the challenge, spent less than 12 minutes, then discovered you counted over
    7 hours which puts me out of the running for the ranking i deserve. if this continues, you can kiss me goodbye and then who will watch your ads?

    does it after 2.5 -3 hours, no matter what game and what mode, online or offline, console restart only resets the 2.5-3 hour countdown to lag city...

    It's been downloading for over 2.5 hours now and it's still only 56% done.

    I have a 75meg fibre connection so it should have finished downloading nearly 2 hours ago.
