    Incorrect games are displaying in Ready to Install within My Games and Apps after a reset


    We have two accounts connected to one console. Each account has purchased different games and apps from the Xbox Store. We made the other account the home account to the system so we could play their games while they were away. Now after resetting the
    console, we are seeing games from both accounts, when we should only see games from one account and not from the other. Due to the reset, the other account is not the home account anymore (correct) or even on the console (correct), so all their games and
    apps should not be displaying on the console.

    Before the recent update (March Update), when we reset the Xbox it would remove all of the other account's games and apps from being displayed from Ready to Install.

    Xbox One System Update Errors

    Installed games will be deleted of course, but as digital purchases are bounded to your account you are able to redownload and install them after a factory reset again. You will find them as "ready to install" in the games and apps section then or marked
    as "install" in the store.

    Buying through Xbox Live store.

    After deletion, the games will be in the "ready to install" section, located in"My games & apps" I currently have 117 games ready for install.

    I am also allowed to play all those games that I should not have access to. This strikes me as a pretty serious issue.

    Hey there Procrastus,

    Is the Gamertag who you had set as Home Xbox on your console able to set their own Xbox as home or do they get an error when they try? When you say the March update, are you in the Xbox Insider program or are you talking about the

    OS update     that just became available a few days ago? If you're in the Insider program, you want to make sure to report this issue through the Insider app and/or on the Xbox Insider forums

    Have you checked the Ready to Install list within the game?

    Go to My Games and Apps, Find Forza Horizon 4, Press the Menu button, Manage Game and look in the Ready to Install Section
