Incorrect gamerscore, achievements not registering - Xbox 360

Some achievements from various games I've played through the years aren't registering and counting towards my total gamerscore. One example would be the game TES IV: Oblivion, it has a total of 60 achievements. I have unlocked all 60 of them, but I'm only
credited for 10! Giving me just 250g instead of like 1100 (don't know the max points including DLC)

How can I fix this?

I had this problem a couple days ago but I cleared my cache and re-downloaded my profile and it was back to normal.

To clear your cache go to settings, system, storage, highlight hdd, press y button, select clear cache, then restart your console.

When re-downloading your profile delete only the profile and not the content. the re-download the profile again.

from the sound of it I would guess that you have run into a online vs. offline achievement thing. I'm not sure what else it could be.

for detail what happens that if you recover your account on someone else console and them come back to your console and stay and play offline and earn achievements Xbox live will only take the those achievements only if you log in online on your console,
if, even by accident, you or someone else logs in online on a different console your Xbox live account is date stamped and it will then kind of ignore the time you spent earning the achievements offline on the other console, even if you later were to log in.

hopefully that makes sense.

You can earn achievements offline.They just don't register until you connect to live again.

You can blame all the people who modded their Gamerscore on the 360.

Using the Cloud for achievements prevents this or would you prefer people being able to mod their Gamerscore on the Xbox One?

Xbox One achievements work differently than Xbox 360 achievements to prevent people modding thier gamerscore.

You need to be online for Xbox One achievements to register & if there;s an issue with your broadband connection or Xbox live then sometimes they don't register properly.

I 've had the issue you've described a few times over the years but it has always corrected itself so i wouldn't worry.

UPDATE: The achievements are now registered by my gamerscore fails to reflect the no. of achievements and the gamerscore correctly. Should be 20 out of 46 unlocked, and 370 instead of 330.
