Incorrect download speed reporting

    Incorrect download speed reporting


    Its showing a transfer rate of 70MB/s avg, ( ranges from about 60 -80 ), but when i do the math of how large this update is vs how long its taking, it actually only getting 22 MB/s. Why is that?

    Incorrect internet download speed

    I just got a new xbox one x. The download speed lists around 60 mbps, however the actual download speed is at least only 10% of that (in reality, only ~6mbps, even though it says its 60). Anyone know what the issue might be?

    Microsoft store: displayed download speed is false

    Hi please also remember download speed is in Mbps and when reporting data download is MB. there are 8 bits in 1 byte. Take into consideration external factors your download speed is consistent.

    Hi please also remember download speed is in Mbps and when reporting data download is MB. there are 8 bits in 1 byte. Take into consideration external factors your download speed is consistent.

    So in order to fix it I have to kick all my kids off for 5 days?!? That makes no sense at all. There isn't anything you guys can do to fix it behind the scenes? I don't want to punish my kids for a problem with your system. And the reporting is part of the
    reason I went to a family account.

    Mine is the same not sure why it is. The other day my grandson played BOPs II for 3 days twice in the same day.
