Incorrect communication ban

If a individual has multiple accounts, that said individual can single handedly ruin someones rep and online access.

I'm one of the victims of this horrific troll, being mocked in messages by multiple accounts and then I received an email from enforcement.

My history is clear, rep is excellent.

Why am I slammed with a coms ban based on multiple profiles on the same console?

I suggest an overhaul on our Xbox is managed in organizing each long term paying member along with how the other long term members see fit.

It is very redundant that I have to deal with this, being mocked that the players accounts will continue to file bad complaints on mine.

I'm very close to switching over to computer gaming and being done with console gaming.

Having photographs of the player speaking hate speech. Microsoft help out your long term members avoid facing this same issue I now have to deal with.

team.

incorrect ban

i have submitted a case review to the xbox enforcement team as i was unsure why i got banned and apparently its because to them [Mod Removed - Profanity] is a homophobic slur. to me it means funny guy talk?? the closed the case after the
review and now i cant do anything. can i talk to the xbox enforcement team?

To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com The enforcement team does investigate complaints before issuing suspensions/bans so it doesn't matter how many complaints you've received, they will only issue suspensions if they find that you have done something to violate
the code of conduct/terms of service.

Thank you for contacting Forum support!

Unfortunately we wouldn't be able to assist in the matter here on forums. We would have to refer to the Code
of Conduct for further clarification.

Also, with a temporary suspension the account will have it's privileges restored once the suspension is over. The account will not have to be abandoned.

if you had simply reported the other person and left it at that then you wouldn't have been punished.

there is an old saying the "two wrongs don't make a right" and that is what XBL Enforcement go by.

if your enforcement action was for over 24 hours then you can apply for a case review
at https://enforcement.xbox.com

the Enforcement Team don't review these forums and we are only volunteers (trying to troubleshoot console and game problems) and we can't do anything about Enforcement actions.

It doesn´t make a difference who started it. If you Reply to the message and violate the T&Cs and the person reports you there will be actions. You are responsible for your own actions.

As already mentioned if you run into a toxic gamer just block, mute and report them.
