Incorrect channel listings provided for small local provider

I'm in southeastern Minnesota, and my local cable provider (Ace Communications) is listed among the options when I'm setting up my OneGuide. (Just bought the system tonight.) It goes through the whole process, sets up the TV and box controls fine, but the
guide has almost all incorrect listings. The first dozen or so channels are fine, then there are a few wrong channels following that, and then the rest of the channels are generally off by a number or two. (For example, ESPN is actually channel 27, but shows
up in the OneGuide as Channel 26.)

I'm not sure if this is an issue with an incomplete or old list of channels, or if I'm just going to be out of luck using this function with my XB1 due to being in a smaller, rural area. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

OneGuide problems with Consolidated Telecommunications

I'm excited to get my new Xbox One setup with my cable box. My cable provider is Consolidated Telecommunications. The box is receiving signals fine, but it appears that the OneGuide listing provided from Xbox Live is incorrect. With both SD and HD channels
set as visible, only four of my HD channels are shown in OneGuide, while I know that Consolidated provides many more than that. Also, several of the channels are incorrectly placed (i.e. when I select "Bloomberg" with OneGuide as Channel 128, the actual channel
128 in my cable box is "Boomerang"). Is there any way that I can change the listing in OneGuide myself, or if not, is there any way that Xbox Live could fix their listings from Consolidated Telecommunications?

Comcast channels wrong

This is a pretty straightforward, though frustrating issue. Despite well-meaning suggestions above, it does not depend on the model of your STB and powercycling isn't going to help. Whatever provider Microsoft is using to obtain TV listings for the OneGuide
simply has incorrect/out-of-date channel lineup data for some Comcast markets. In those markets, Comcast moved all of the 400 range channels to the 1000 range months ago (to provide transition time, Comcast briefly left the channels duplicated in both places
initially). There are NO channels from 400-499 anymore, but the OneGuide still lists them because it is getting bad data from the listings provider. Only the listings provider and Microsoft can fix this incorrect channel lineup issue, and I'm sure they are
aware of it. Frankly, Microsoft could fix this issue itself if it would just allow users to disable/hide selected channels from the OneGuide, which it needs to do regardless of this issue.
