Thanks for this. Yes, I have been at this stage many times. The advice goes on to suggest talking to the person who's account may be using my card and getting them to remove the service. I don't know who has used my card.

I don't seem to be able to get to actually speak to anyone to have a rational conversation.

This organisation seems quite happy to take my money without my actual consent, but impossible to make direct contact with.

tried. when I try online its a robotic response and just keeps going around in circles. I've phoned the support line, but that goes so far then says to log on via the online support. It tells me how to stop a subscription that I have made via my account - but there is no subscription via my account. Some other account is using my credit card details
