Incorrect ban type.

Hello, let me begin with my name is shawn, i have been an xbox live user for 10 years and have had zero enforcement problems. EVER.

On Moneday, November 7, 2016, I received a notification that i had recieved a ban from the xbox live enforcement team for my conduct. being that im usually a pretty tame player i was confused. my first step was trying to get in communication with the enforcement
team which by the way wasn't easy. once i was in communication with the enforcement team through a case review i was told

now i am a very competetive person so it came as no surprise to me that i may have been suspended over me being rude to other players while being upset. (im not saying in any way i was right to be angry) however if you notice in that message it says "This
suspension does not prevent the account from using Xbox Live or playing online multiplayer, but does prevent the use of communications features, including chat and messaging.". this infact wasn't true. i havn't been able to play a game online for the duration
of my ban thus far. this is a bit frustrating especially because im not able to communicate with the enforcement team anymore due to the fact that once they make a decision on your case review. you no longer have any viable method of communication other than
a forum post, which there is no forum topic for enforcement. im just trying to figure out why im recieving what seams like an extremely hefty (and evidentally incorrect) punishment for someone who didn't even know what the enforcement team was until i recieved
this message on monday.

I'm sorry to hear about any issues you may be having due to an enforcement action. For information about the ban and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to Enforcement website. That is the only way to contact the enforcement
team.

i have submitted a case review to the xbox enforcement team as i was unsure why i got banned and apparently its because to them [Mod Removed - Profanity] is a homophobic slur. to me it means funny guy talk?? the closed the case after the
review and now i cant do anything. can i talk to the xbox enforcement team?

 

The Enforcement team and the process it go through an appeal is proof that Microsoft doesn't care about its players. Even if you submit a case it just gets denied. Everyone gets denied no matter what. Just search online and see. Only way to change this is
for everyone to give xbox a bad review and put why and that it's the enforcement teams fault. Maybe then they'll fix the enforcement robot that denies everyone's appeal

 

I don't know i find it hard to believe that big bad microsoft enforcement team has it out for ever player they can. they probably accept case appeals that supply some sort of evedince that create a null and void situation buidk what that would mean. the
only criticisms i have against microsoft enforcement team is that they are hard to reach and that its very hard to fight a ban when you are never told exactly what you said or did. just a general description. which i get it its for some sort of privacy, but
how can you charge someone with a shall we call it xbox crime without telling them what it is they did.. however i think that their may have been an error in my case so im hoping there's some sort of compensation. especially considering like i said. i hadn't
even heard of enforcement until this incident. just hoping they see it cause i couldn't find a forum topic for them

I was told by xbox support on the phone that if i posted here i may be able to communicate with the enforcement team.

 

and if that isn't the case there is something seriously wrong with the fact that i have no way of communicating with the enforcement team. and that they seem so infamous that even people from microsoft can't even get in contact with them. the fact that i
havn't been able to play this entire time when im told by someone from the enforcement team that i should be able to seems pretty off...
