Incorect password bug

Hi Janet thanks for helping me but the problem is it cant identify me as cartholder i write my name and surname but its incorect

As of July 1,2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

As far as my self, its been working just fine from computer to console.I can make custem classes from computer and log it right into my box and there is my class (Over kill LMG+LMG ) , You may be doing somthing incorect.
