    Hallo, Prejudice to inform you that you have not been corrected because a month ago, on September 20 in the settings of the Xbox 360 live gold I disabled the automatic renewal, then a month I have not used fifa 14 online believing that the subscription was
    suspended. Instead subscription was active and continued to pay by credit card, there was no transparency. I am very disappointed and next time I will have to cancel the service. I also wonder if I make the yearly subscription, if you can pause for a short
    time the service without losing money. Good job

    You should not experience this issue anymore, as it has been corrected with a service change. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    You removed my 2 favorite games right as i got gamepass...

    Unfortunately as a subscription service these things happen.

    Hi,

    Please try enter in the parental e-mail and password again and accept them and see if your prompted again. If you are, it's likely a glitch and you can try to see if it clears up by deleting your profile (profile only), clearing your cache, restarting your
    console, and then downloading your profile again.

    Delete Profile Safely:



    Go to Settings, and then select System.

    Select Storage.

    Select All Devices.

    Select Gamer Profiles.

    Select the gamertag that you want to delete.

    Select Delete.

    Select Delete Profile Only.

    Clear Cache:

    Go to Settings, and then select System.

    Select Storage.

    Highlight Hard Drive, and press Y

    Select Clear Cache, and press Yes.

    Restart Console:

    Download Profile:

    Push the middle button on your XBOX 360 controller.

    Select Download Profile.
