Inconsistent game connection

So i been experiencing major issues with my xbox. Inconsistent network connectio, response time from pushing a button on the controller to the cursor on screen is way behind. It takes 2 days to download and install most games. I was on the insider program
until about a month ago. I removed my xbox from the program, reset my xbox, updated my xbox afterwards, unchecked advanced error reporting, & uninstalled the insider app. Under system info it still shows (under OS) it says dev1806 something something something.
Idk if thats correct OS since it says dev still. I am currently using wireless connection because a wired connection made no difference and i don't see the need to have extra wires for no reason. Nat is open have contacted EA to get list of ports needed because
battlefield 1is main game having issues. Contacted isp to make sure all ports needed are open. Isp dmz-ed my xbox. On bf1 i have ntwvrtn packet loss and my ping could be high or low for that to happen .been dealing with these issues for at least a year .please
help

Inconsistent Wireless Connection

Try restarting your router.

If the problem persists and you say you are next to your router, try using a wired connection.

Maybe change the channel of the router, Interference from other things surrounding it may be your problem.

Okay, so my Xbox 360 Slim (i think) is in the center of the house with the router/modem directly behind it on the opposite side of the wall, and uses a wireless connection. I can only connect to Live %50 of the time on a good day. I'm not sure what the issue
is; it either connects to Live or does not connect at all. It will work during some parts of the day, but not others. It's quite confusing. I doubt this even makes any sense but if anyone has a solution I am willing to hear it.

speed, the better your experience will be. I would recommend to go through this troubleshooting guide

Yes i know about the minimum speed requirements and all that yes I'm within parameters. Example: I can be playing battlefield 1, ping at 30 or so. Then out of nowhere ping shoots up to 999 i go into settings with game still running select detailed network
statistics and my up and down will be good no packet loss 100% wireless strength latency under 50 but exit settings and battlefields network graph in game on screen shows different and doesn't run like it should if running on parameters shown in settings

I've tried all the basic troubleshooting procedures multiple times have even reset console a few times. Not to mention the hours I've spent on the phone with either xbox, Microsoft, ea, or at&t. And in the end they each say it's the others fault

Thanks for the reply! In reference to the issue, sounds like the wireless connection is experiencing some interference/intermittent connection.

• Is this the only game you experience the latency increase?
• Have you tried an ethernet connection?
• Have your
  Power cycle your console and network hardware? (Step 5)

For any online gaming experiencing, network connectivity is important for a “Certified” experience. The higher your connection speed, the better your experience will be.

Battlefield is not the only game it happens with it seems to be mostly ea games and it is the worst when playing battlefield. Which really sucks because that is my all time favorite, even as bad as the problem is i suffer through it because that is
how much i love battlefield i have tried using a wired connection even tried with different cables in case one of them happened to be messed up and it didn't make a difference yes ive power cycled i couldn't tell u how many times have reset xbox removed account
ect..... Thing is it seems like the Xbox itself lags also like in the dashboard. I think my OS may be incorrect

As far as the ping going up in game and tests are fine on the console. Remember when playing any game you are connecting to that game server and that ping is for that server. As for two days for games to install that is a long time. I am curious when
you do the detailed network test what is download and upload and NAT type? It just could be the connection you have and when you connect to games it gets worse.

I'm not sure what game I was downloading i think it was warface but it took a day I've tried using wired connection and it makes no difference in game nat is open
