    Inconsistent enforcement of communication ban


    so a mutual friend of a group of gamers that o play with was repeatedly messaging me to play with him. I declined, he kept spamming me asking for a reason why. The reason why was his childish behavior in recent gaming. I informed him that i was playing a
    game and i would explain later.

    When i finished my game, i explained to him why i want going to play with him, using language that he frequently uses. This language violates policy. He responded with the exact same language and then he reported me.

    I instantly received a comm ban. So i texted him a lol and picture of the simultaneous ban. He admitted to it. So i reported him and he received no ban.

    I have had zero disciplinary actions before and have a good player rating.

    What is the explanation of this inconsistency? Can you wash my record die to the fact that this isn't some random dude? You can read previous messes and see that this is his normal dialect. If you can't wash my record, why isn't he receiving the same discipline?

    communication ban finished but still in affect

    my communication ban is finished according to enforcement website yet i still cannot use the communication functions

    Communication ban still active, despite ban expiring.

    Hello, my Xbox Live Account got a communication ban till 28.09.2017.

    Despite the ban expiring two days ago, I still can't use any of the communication features.

    The Enforcement website won't allow me to fill out a case review, so is there any other way to get into contact with the Enforcement Team?

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. Most likely he will still receive a suspension but their investigations do take time so they can sometimes take a while to happen.

    • Use other accounts to continue communicating with a player who blocked you
    • Try to circumvent regional content restrictions
    • Resell or redistribute any part of Xbox Live

    Then why are you even commenting here? What is an Xbox Ambassador anyway? We need actual help. If you can’t see there is an issue with Xbox enforcement then i don’t know what else to say. There is obviously something wrong if it is happening to so many
