    A moment ago I made a purchase of 3200 Halo Credits to be able to acquire the battle pass where they give me 25 free levels in the Halo Infinite game, and when I finished the purchase I decided to review my progress in the battle pass and I was surprised that yes I got the battle pass but not my 25 levels.

    and I would like to know what happens with that, because I spent almost $ 30 dollars on that to not receive the complete things

    Before that please confirm that the tokens to upgrade the 25 leves aren't available in game, as the levels won't upgrade automatically

    Unable to buy anything on flight sim

    Problem was a purchse was incomplete or hung up during the transaction . Eventually did send a request to support and they cancelled the incomplete purchase then all was fine. Zendesk or support needs to be simplified for a direct question and receive a direct answer. No need to be so complicated

    Where are you downloading to?

    Perhaps the storage device you are trying to download your games to is too small? The Body & Brain game is 1.44gb and the Fitness evolved game is 3.93gb. if both of those are larger than the space you have on your storage device you will need another form
    of storage to fit the games on (i.e. internal HD if you don't have one, external HD, etc.)

    No rewards for purchases since 2015 or incomplete!!!

    The rewards program is not run by Microsoft so regular Xbox support does not handle the program. You would need to post here
    for Rewards support.
