Incomplete Download

i have just purchased Crysis from the marketplace but when i try to open it i get the message incomplete download. The downloaded file is 4.1 gb which is the same as it should be. I have tried clearing the cache but still have the same problem.....

Has anyone any ideas?

It doesn't appear in the download history. The download didn't complete on the first try.

I've downloaded a game using a redeemable code and during the process it became corrupted for some reason so I had to delete. Now I am unable to redeem the code since it has already been used. Is there a way that I can still receive my content? Tanks<3.

 

OK does your account region match your actual region if not that is why as crysis is region locked

Is your ISP skybroadband or virgin?

If so you need to contact them

Also are you using a broad band connection ? Or LTE or 3g?

ISP skybroadband currently running at a pathetic 3.5 mbps! cant get fibre where i am yet. xbox is plugged into a sky booster but still bad. i have previously downloaded a free game and this worked

Your timing out

You need to.work with your ISP

Explain what you are connecting to etc
