    Disconnected from LIVE every time I start Sonic Generations

    Hey there SuperSONIC!

    Is this the only game that affects your connection to Xbox LIVE?

    Could you check the game contents (regarding Sonic Generations) if it might have become corrupted or incomplete. Look for a yellow warning symbol. This will indicate that game contents is corrupted or incomplete.

    Incomplete Games and a Loss of Faith and Trust

    It's reasons like incomplete games and content being held back that has made me stop buying games new or not at launch.

    Not that the 4 missing episodes from that season are as big of a deal as the fact the seasons 6 and 7 seem to be missing all together.... which is strange given that seasons 8-10 are there.

    Conclusion: Your Xbox have receive open NAT with UPnP turned on (no Port Forwarding or DMZ) and your Xbox network settings set to Automatic.

    Could you make sure there are no content stored on your Xbox that might have become corrupted or is incomplete. Look for a yellow warning symbol. This icon indicates that the content is corrupted or incomplete.

    Have you contacted Verizon to verify if they have any service alert that might affect you?
