Incompetent technical assistance

I contacted 3 times French assistance for a problem of restriction, I spend almost

an hour on your telephone services without anyone giving me a start of

an answer on my account problem, and you do not even call back not even the FREE technical service is more competent and concerned about its subscribers!

It's a shame for a group like Microsoft .......

Red dead redemption Live Multi-player help

RDR is totally corrupted now, thanks rockstar incompetent for not being able to repair your sotfware. Unfortunately happens in all rockstar games,this is because they only care about selling games,with money in your pocket the technical support they give
is pure garbage. sincerely recommend not buying rockstar games

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are in need of a repair. Unfortunately, if the console is out of warranty you would need to pay the amount for the repair. Support will also tell you the same. What assistance are you needing? What
is the console doing ?

Have you tried to reset your console?

Please, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.
