    I'm sorry to hear about any inconveniences that this may have caused. Looks like Misses Quinzel answered you in your previous thread.

    If you feel that your Xbox One controller is defective, I would suggest setting up a repair via ourOnline Service Center.

    One issue, 1:I dont have a warrenty on my xbox console anymore and 2:I dont have money to send a controller off for a 5th time. So congrats support, just when I think I couldnt possibly get more worse support you go and prove me wrong yet again. Here some
    advice, FIX THE CONTROLLER QUALITY. The current controller is a cheap plastic piece of crap!

    Controller won't turn on Xbox One (weekly)

    Try contact support about it. Though they're often really unhelpful (in my experience) sometimes they can prove to be not completely incompetent.

    Feedback site, take back your controller to the retailer you purchased it from, or create a repair on our service center that you linked. These are the options for what you're running into.

    While we appreciate your posts to help bring to our attention that your controllers need to be replaced, the only way they will be replaced is by the retailer or our service center.

    If you have any other support issues, please do not hesitate to post up on the forums. We will be more than happy to assist you with them as best as we can! Incompetent support. :)

    Anytime you enter a beta, you gotta know there will be bugs/problems. Anyone who enters a beta thinking it's a finished product is...never mind, the mod will remove what I wanted to say.

    Beta = "A beta version of a program, game etc... is an unfinished version released to either the public a select few or whoever signs up to beta test it for bugs or glitches."

    The very definition alone is enough to make one seek out the ramifications of what could possibly go wrong before jumping head first into it. No one got "duped" or "tricked" into anything, this is a beta and it didn't just appear on your system on its own
    without "your" agreeing to it. The attacks are unwarranted and quite frankly ridiculous in nature.
