Incompatible region

Good Morning! A few days ago, at that time, I tried to make a purchase of an Xbox 360 game on live and could not because then the region was not compatible. But then I tried to buy two other games not same month, a purchase was approved, and these are also region incompatible. I would like to know what can be done, since I buy the game and it is not like enjoying the merchandise? Can I make an exchange for the compatible version?

Got FIFA 18 CD in a different language

However your ip decides what content you can receive that didn't prevent you from using out of region account only buying incompatible content in this case English content that is region.

You bought an american game and you are trying to play it in a japanese console.

GRFS is region locked (some games, like COD:MW3 are not), so even though both are NTSC, the game is incompatible with your console. NTSC is not the problem, the region is (ntsc is the same everywhere)
