J'aimerais savoir pourquoi ma Xbox One X apparait hors garantie, elle a subit déj 2 réparations depuis que je l'ai, et ma connaissance elle est garantie jusqu'en janvier ou février 2020.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. The warranty is consumed once a repair is done on the console. The

Microsoft hardware website contains information about the console's warranty. The
Xbox Support Team is also able to review warranties for a console. We hope this helps!

Merci pour votre réponse ….. Cependant j'ai acquis ma Xbox One X le 11/11/2017 en France 499 €, et elle est garantie 2 ans, soit le 11/11/2019, et suite 2 interventions la garantie est censé être prolongée jusqu'en janvier ou février 2020, il est hors
de question qu'elle ne le soit plus, d'autant que j'en prends grand soin, ma console est utilisée dans les conditions optimum de ventilation, il n'y a rien au dessus… je ne suis donc en rien responsable dans ces pannes qui finalement n'en ont probablement
jamais été.

Merci de modifier la fin de garantie …. ou est-ce que l'information de garantie sur votre site est fausse tout simplement ?

Cet après midi en voulant l'utiliser elle s'est éteinte aussitôt, et j'ai trouvé avec difficulté l'article conseillant de débrancher le câble d'alimentation électrique pendant 10 secondes avant de la rebrancher et cela fonctionné ELLE FONCTIONNE A
NOUVEAU MAIS POUR COMBIEN DE TEMPS….. information qui n'apparait pas sur le message de sécurité de la console….. et vous n'avez aucun numéro de téléphone pour vous joindre, ce qui faciliterait un peu la résolution des problèmes.

I do apologize about the hassle, and the frustration this process my have been causing. When you first purchase your Xbox Console it already comes with the Manufacture warranty, and depending with certain retail stores you also get the option to extend the
warranty on the device. The warranty on the console doesn't end if you service your Xbox, the warranty ends after the time it had given you either one year or two years of warranty.

In this case you state that the Xbox should show that it still has warranty on it. Now, on our end here on the forums we don't have the tools necessary to further assist in correcting the warranty date. I suggest to contact Live Support, that way they can
assist further.

It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select
no thanks,pick the category(Games)and just pick a contact method
(request a call from support or Chat is faster).

Autre question, lorsque que je réinitialise ma console (en prenant l'option pour garder les jeux et applications), puisque je suis en partage de compte avec un ami, donc son compte en compte principal sur ma console et mon compte en compte principal sur
sa console, est-ce que mon compte s'enlève en compte principal de la console de mon ami?

Pour résumer, si je réinitialise ma console, mon ami doit-il remettre mon compte en compte principal sur sa console?
