    Included with the console option is missing


    I purchased a Xbox series x Forza 5 premium bundle. I couldn't see an option to redeem the game during new console setup. After setup, I could not see the menu "included with this console" under settings - account. Tried removing profile and added it back, tried factory reset. None of them works. I bought it from Argos UK, the console locales are United Kingdom and UK English.

    Anything I can do to redeem the game and the add-ons?

    Hi Chris!

    Let's check it on your library.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select My games & apps > See all > Full library, and then look under the relevant subscription type for any included offers.

    That is only designed for consoles that offer bundles. It won't be on all consoles.

    Well yes, mine did.

    My Xbox One is the Cyberpunk Edition and I previously had the Included with this Xbox tab in my settings

    For consoles that have digital direct, it is directly part of the console at purchase when the retailer registers your console.

    Did you have access to it before?

    If so, it wouldn't dissapear but have you tried a soft factory reset?
