    I want to buy a refurbished Xbox One with Kinect from the MS Store for $350, but I am not sure about a couple things:

    1. will this come with a game?

    2. Will the chat headset be included?

    3. What will the condition of the console be? e.g. will it be covered in scratches?

    In the "in the box" part it does say chat head set.cant see anything a game though,just a free month of gold

    Out of curiosity, why would you spend $350 on a refurbished console instead of $350 on a new one including game (Gears of War bundle on Amazon.ca is $349)?

    Or do you really want Kinect?
