In this case, you will need to reach out to Mojang as they have the tools to check your Minecraft account and possibly relink it to your preferred account on their end:

After submitting the ticket, you will receive an update from them within 24 - 48 hours.

We don't want you accusing somebody publicly, either. The "Communicating With Other Players" forum has a sticky post on how to handle harassment: report from your console (as already stated), and block communications. There is no personal taking of
reports on the forums, as the Support personnel on the forums are not the Policy Enforcement Team.

The only way to report someone is via your console,you can't report someone on the forums.
