    bought games, but can't download them

    What model is your router? I remember hearing a while back that a specific model of 2Wire router was literally incapable of downloading games on Demand. Everything else worked, just GoD wouldn't work.

    Connecting with mobile hotspot

    I'm connecting to x box live with a mobile hotspot through I Phone and for general gaming it works great but it's really slow to the point of incapable of downloading. Was wondering if anyone knew why that would be.

    Sorry to hear it. What is the game? How big is the USB storage? Did you know that you can now get an external hard drive of up to 2 TB for your console for storage?

    This item isn't available in the store.

    That still doesn't answer the question as to why my phone is able to search out and download these games but the other phone is incapable or doing the same.

    1. What platform are you playing (Xbox Console, PC or phone)?
    2. If you Windows, what is the current version and edition of Windows Installed?
    3. Do you mind sending to us the exact error message? (be sure to leave out any personal information such as your Gamertag, name, etc.)
