Inappropriate messages

He was playing Warface, when they expelled a player sent me these messages.

Dear Sir / Madam

Within the last few weeks I have had messages sent to our account that I consider very inappropriate. I believe the first message sent alluded to meet sleeping with my two children and having *** with them. A second message was sent (albeit I am not sure
if this one was recorded) saying that my son was going to be killed when he got older at school.

These messages were sent from [Removed by Moderator] to my account . To my knowledge, they were sent by an 11 year old to my son who is 10 years old. At the time I viewed this as childish behaviour and asked them both to stop. However,
since then and initially unbeknownst to me, my son has sent an inappropriate message back from 0902.

Please could I request in the first instance that any recorded messages, if possible, between these two accounts are kept. Unfortunately they have disappeared from my listings. We also now have another message from an older child at the[Removed by
Moderator] account that he and his mates are going to hack our account and make xbox live unusable.

I understand that you will have limitations with this request but would only ask if you are able to confirm that you can retrieve the relevant messages which have been passed within approximately the last two months. It is also my intention to seek legal
advice on this issue.

Use the tools on your console to file a complaint against the gamer.File him and the live enforcement will ban him.

 

Just report and block. Those messages always make me laugh, I'm going to have to start collecting them myself. I just picture someone trembling with rage, perhaps with a tear in their eye as they fumble with the message system trying to insult you, all over
a game. Good times ....good times.

I thought Ambassadors were supposed to know how to handle these situations and to not name and shame.

You broke the forum rules by naming and shaming. You broke the Terms of Service by reposting profanity on the forums. This forum thread should have never been created, and you should have kept to the tools on your console.
What you have done here is conduct an Ambassador should not do.
