Inappropriate gamertag changed saga

Hi so I used to have the gamertag [Mod Removed] and it was fine till I played on the xbox 1 then I got an auto assigned tag. This was fine for a few months then today I tried to login on the 360 and they had me download my profile and I
did. Now I dont have my xbox live gold membership which I bought for a year in october and no trace of my old account. Very disappointing that this has happen and beyong *** at this situation as everything had transferred over on jan 22nd and have been playing
live until today when I was forced to download the file for my 360. Suddenly poof no records or anything and basically being told im wrong.... time to switch to my playstation till xbox can get their stuff together I guess

Changed my gamer tag!!

What was your other gamertag? Also, if a large enough number of people have reported your other gamertag it will get flagged and reviewed. If deemed inappropriate it will be changed and locked.

It's actually not a good idea to post the gamertag here if it was deemed inappropriate.

i just had my gamer tag forced changed, without notice.

That name is clearly against the Code of Conduct and I recommend NOT changing it to it. The reason you were force changed to this name is because you had an inappropriate gamertag. Continuing to use inappropriate gamertags will result in a permanent account
ban.

Yep got told theres no records of my old accoubt and ive only been a customer since jan22nd this year.. the day they assigned my tag....

Hey there Colt!

As referenced in your other thread
here, it looks like you were given a forced name change.

As far as your Gold Membership goes, I suggest getting in touch with Phone Support again (you can use the
Contact Us page if you like, it will let you skip waiting on hold and have them call you). Explain to them the situation that your Gamertag is now "KindColt5904625" and you need to make sure that your membership
sticks with your account. If they are unable to assist, I suggest asking to be escalated to the Advocacy Team. They specialize in things like this and should be able to assist.
