    Inactivity Notice: Your PC Game Pass membership appears inactive?


    I've received this email:

    We noticed your PC Game Pass membership has been inactive for the past 12 months. We want to make sure you take full advantage of your membership and not pay for something you do not use. If you continue to be inactive for a total period of 24 months, we will turn off recurring billing for your membership.

    To continue your membership, sign into your account and use any of the great benefits it offers. Xbox Game Pass comes with an ever-growing library of 100+ great games you can play on many devices so that you can always discover something new to play.

    However, I've been actively signing in and playing games on my gamepass. Multiple games over the course of several months across the year, as recently as last Thursday.

    It's definitely this email address I'm registered for the gamepass with. I'm concerned it will keep registering as inactive and get removed.

    I haven't signed in or out manually for a while. Sometimes it asks me to sign in again then realises I'm already signed in to Microsoft and loads my account before I can enter all of my details.

    Sorry to hear you are having this issue. Just to confirm, do you completely sign out of the Xbox App on your PC?

    just cause it is inactive on LIVE does not mean it is not inactive on windows PC games or Zune, if it is not available, it is not available, sorry.
