    Hello. When I wanted to play the game a mistake popped up. It was written that I can not play content created by other players due to the settings of my account. So I wanted to change the settings to be able to play, but when I came to the designated
    side, it showed me that it is not active. What can I do with this?

    Eso plus not enabling

    Eso plus is not enabling after sub is paid. Keeps changing from inactive to active and now back to inactive. Sub was paid on 6/29 and has cleared my bank. Shows active on xbox live console and in microsoft account page. Just not active in game and can no
    longer access content.

    Original gamertag is inaccessible & GLITCHED due to a inactive spaced version

    Inactive spaced gamertags should be removed and released. They are inactive, 100 percent inactive place holding gamertags.

    Along with Vaynel's error message, the green banner with the links and account info with gamerpic is missing. If inactive for a random period of time, the site redirects me to the Xbox.com home page. Why?

    I doubt Xbox/MS would tell you whether a gamertag is active or not as that could be construed as breach of privacy.

    Gamertags belonging to inactive accounts are released after a certain period of time but the only way to know is to keep checking the gamertag change page. However, even if an account seems inactive ie doesn't play game etc, it could be used to log into other Microsoft services

    also my 1 month game pass ultimate just got taken out a week ago, so if it is inactive, theres a problem.
