    Is Microsoft deleting any more inactive gt's? I've been waiting to change my gt to a certain inactive gt for a long time now.

    Go to games and apps>settings>power and startup>turn off or restart>options: turn off after. Hope I helped.

    Afraid not.

    Gamertags are used on other services,not just xbox live so you can't know whether a gamertag is inactive or not.

    If a gamertag isn't used for 5 years then it is made available.

    There is no way to request an inactive GT. If the account remains inactive for 5 years (starting from 2016) then it may be released for use again. Take in mind that GTs are attached to accounts and other MS services that may not use Xbox.

    No, there is not. MS was only Resetting GT's that were Inactive. They have since stopped due to abuse of other selling these GT's as "OG".
